At MSM Fight Shop, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your training; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit our retail location with your order number and receipt to begin the return process.

  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure the items are clean, unworn, and placed back in their original boxing with all protective wraps and labels intact.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it at any authorized shipping center, or bring it directly to our Miami storefront.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchanged gear within 3-5 business days.
